A baby tigertail seahorse greets its father from the confines of a test-tube. The male adult had given birth to it in a breeding programme in the Brighton Sealife Centre. The species is hunted in the wild - more than 20 million tigertails are exported to China and Japan each year for use in treatments for baldness and impotence.
